Job Summary

Bilingual Customer Service & Technical Support Representative (Spanish/English)

Remote NY prefer near Plainview NY or near Ocala FL

$17 - 18/hour overtime 24/7 operation

Were recruiting on behalf of an IT implementation companys new Call Center for FLUENT Spanish/English Customer Service & Technical Support Representatives. This is a fully remote role supporting a 365-day 24/7 call center.

Recent Computer Science IT or related grads are strongly encouraged to apply.

What Youll Do

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone and chat in Spanish and English
  • Greet customers verify accounts listen carefully and show empathy
  • Troubleshoot internet Wi-Fi and basic device issues (Level 12 support)
  • Use tools such as Freshdesk Sonar CRM and other internal systems
  • Document all interactions accurately and follow procedures/SLAs
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when needed

What You Bring

  • Fluent Spanish & English (spoken and written)
  • 1 year of customer service experience (call center/help desk preferred)
  • Comfortable with basic technical troubleshooting (internet/Wi-Fi/devices)
  • Strong typing and multitasking skills (navigate multiple systems while assisting customers)
  • Professional patient and calm with upset or frustrated customers
  • Willing to work overnights weekends and rotating schedules in a 24/7 environment
  • Must live in NY State or Florida (prefer close to Plainview NY or Ocala FL area)
  • Reliable wired internet and a quiet distraction-free workspace

Pay & Schedule

  • Pay: $1718 per hour depending on experience
  • Overtime available
  • Paid training
  • Open Positions (2):
    1. Position 1 Confirmed Schedule:
      • Saturday through Wednesday 2:00 PM 11:00 PM
    2. Position 2 Anticipated Schedule (pending final client approval):
      • Friday through Sunday plus 2 weekdays (MondayThursday)
      • Hours: either 2:00 PM 11:00 PM or 3:00 PM 12:00 AM
  • Breaks: Two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute meal break per shift (per company schedule)
  • Flexibility: Ability to cover other shifts as needed
