What Youll Do:

• Strategic Growth: Partner with a global community to deliver high-performance consultative success education to a professional audience.
• Warm Lead Engagement: We do not cold call. You will engage in high-level structured conversations with qualified senior-level global inquiries.
• Brand Ownership: Utilize a 5D leadership framework to build your own brand identity and lead alongside a community of world-class entrepreneurs.
• Personal Evolution: Engage in continuous world-class success education to sharpen your own message and leadership presence.

What Were Looking For:

• The Pedigree: 715 years of experience in Senior Management HR L&D or VP-level leadership.
• The Mindset: A Brave and Bold individual who values integrity and resilience over corporate excuses.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; you must be comfortable leading alongside a global community.
• Autonomy: A self-starter who thrives in a remote-first environment and is ready for uncapped ownership.
