Job Summary
Corporate Hiring Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager Digital Services to lead and deliver large-scale public-facing digital initiatives. This role focuses on managing end-to-end project delivery for web-based platforms digital products and citizen-facing services.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile project management web development lifecycle stakeholder management and digital transformation initiatives.
Location: Brooklyn NY (Hybrid 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Schedule: MondayFriday 35 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full project lifecycle management (planning execution delivery and reporting)
- Define project scope timelines milestones and deliverables
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers designers QA and business stakeholders
- Act as the primary communication bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Track progress identify risks and proactively resolve issues
- Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning Stand-ups Retrospectives)
- Manage user stories and backlog using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
- Oversee quality assurance testing and software release processes
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality digital products
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in Project Management (Web / Digital Projects)
- Proven experience delivering websites portals or digital platforms
- Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with Azure DevOps Jira or similar project management tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or PRINCE2 Certification
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as AEM
- Knowledge of SEO digital content strategy or UX principles
- Background in digital services public sector or enterprise environments
- Experience with tools like Airtable Jira Azure DevOps
