About the role
As Customer Services Advisoryouwillplay a key role in delivering an excellent experience to residents applicants and partners across our housing services.
You will deliver responsive empathetic frontline service across a range of channels. You will use multiple IT systems to manage enquiries updaterecordsand support effective service delivery while working proactively to improve processes and the customer experience.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across housing repairsfinanceand other teamsypuwill contribute to a supportive and reliable team environment. This role requires accuracyflexibilityand a commitment to following policies andmaintainingcompliance with housing regulations.
About you
We are looking for a Customer Services professional with confidence in using a wide range of IT systemsstrong communicationskillsand a genuine commitment to providing responsive highquality support.
You will be comfortable learning new systems quickly and using technology to manage information efficiently and accurately.
A strong teamplayer you will build positive effective working relationships and bring a customerfocused calm and solutiondriven approach to your work. You will be willing to take ownership showinitiativeand actively contribute to continuous improvement helping to enhance services and deliver the best possible experience for our customers.
