Property and Facilities Officer

About the Role:
Youll be responsible for actively managing some of our high-profile Council-owned buildings ensuring cost-effective and fit-for-purpose solutions that meet both Council and community needs. Working within our Property & Facility Management Team youll help manage building maintenance compliance and tenant relationships while supporting various property-related projects.
What youll bring:
- Experience facilities management or building experience
- A strong understanding of the principles of asset management
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities
- Project coordination experience
- Great communication and stakeholder management
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams
- Understanding of the trades industry
- Microsoft Office proficiency
