Our Chapman BMW Chandler location in Chandler AZ is currently seeking a Service Valet who will support the daily flow and organization of the service department while delivering a high level of customer this role you will help move vehicles efficiently through the service process assist customers and ensure the service drive and lot remain organized and professional. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start and grow a career in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles to and from the service lane service stalls and parking areas as needed
• Manage vehicle flow as repair orders are generated to maintain an organized service drive
• Perform basic vehicle checks including fuel oil fluids and tire condition
• Provide courtesy washes and general vehicle presentation support as requested
• Maintain and organize service supplies such as key tags floor mats and seat covers
• Support service advisors technicians and other team members with daily operational needs
• Maintain a clean safe and professional service drive and work environment
• Deliver friendly and professional customer interactions at all times

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or fast-paced environment experience is a plus
• Ability to drive automatic vehicles required manual transmission is a plus
• Strong teamwork skills and positive can-do attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within the automotive industry
• Valid Arizona drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
