Service Valet

Chapman BMW Chandler is hiring a Service Valet to join our team! Were looking for a reliable customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering an excellent service experience.

In this role you will support the daily operations of the service department by managing vehicle flow assisting customers and maintaining organization throughout the service areas. This is a great opportunity to start and grow your career in the automotive industry.

Full-time position Starting at $16/hour

What Youll Do
Drive vehicles to and from the service lane service stalls and parking areas as needed
Assist with vehicle flow as service tickets are generated ensuring organization and efficiency
Maintain service vehicles including checking gas oil water and tire conditions
Provide customer courtesy washes as requested
Maintain inventory of service supplies such as key tags floor mats and seat covers
Support service advisors and technicians with day-to-day operational needs
Deliver friendly professional interactions with customers at all times
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the service team

What Were Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role is a plus
Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles preferred
Strong work ethic and positive team-oriented attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and grow within the automotive industry
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Schedule & Work Environment
MondayFriday with scheduled hours between 7:00 AM 6:00 PM (hours may vary)
Onsite role in Chandler Arizona
Active role requiring extended periods of walking or standing
Majority of work performed outdoors
