Job Summary:
The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for shaping leading and embedding operational excellence across the organisation. This role acts as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders translating business strategy into scalable operating plans frameworks and execution models that enable sustainable growth.Operating across the endtoend SaaS lifecycle the Senior Operations Manager leads complex crossfunctional initiatives drives largescale process and system improvements and ensures the organisation is operationally prepared to deliver new products services and strategic priorities. The role provides strong operational insight through performance reporting and risk visibility enabling informed decisionmaking at a leadership level.
This role requires strong commercial acumen influence across functions and the ability to lead change through structure clarity and collaboration rather than formal reporting lines.
Responsibilities:
- Operationalise business strategy at scale by designing and driving enterpriselevel operational plans that enable clarity prioritisation and disciplined execution across Sales Services and enabling functions.
- Lead complex highimpact crossfunctional programs endtoend providing strategic oversight across scoping planning resourcing execution risk management and postimplementation value realisation to ensure sustained outcomes and organisational alignment.
- Architect and continuously evolve core operational workflows across the SaaS lifecycle and broader business operations ensuring they are scalable efficient and resilient as customer demand product complexity and organisational maturity increase.
- Own and mature enterprise operational frameworks standards and documentation establishing consistent ways of working that support operational readiness compliance and longterm organisational effectiveness.
- Partner strategically with Product Technology Marketing Sales and Services leadership to enable gotomarket execution ensuring operational readiness dependency alignment and seamless delivery of new products and initiatives.
- Provide executivelevel operational insight through the design and interpretation of dashboards performance reporting and risk indicators that inform strategic decisionmaking and proactively surface operational constraints and opportunities.
- Lead the operational planning and adoption of new initiatives systems and process changes shaping scope managing dependencies and ensuring the organisation is prepared to absorb change with minimal disruption.
- Drive enterprise change initiatives by designing and embedding structured change approaches stakeholder engagement strategies communication frameworks and capability uplift to ensure improvements are successfully adopted and sustained.
- Design and implement scalable operating models and system improvements that strengthen organisational capability and enable future growth evolving product offerings and increasing customer volumes.
- Apply strong commercial and strategic judgement to evaluate the cost risk and value of operational decisions ensuring investments deliver measurable efficiency gains improved customer outcomes and longterm business value.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in operations business operations or sales operations
- Project management experience
- Previous experience in process improvement or process optimisation
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
- Strong self-motivation and organisation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments
- Strong interpersonal skills
