About the Role

We are looking for a high-performingSales Manager to lead and accelerate our growth in the Philippines. This role is critical to scaling our business with a clear mandate to 2X revenue and expand market share over the next phase of growth.

You will be responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives building strong client relationships and leading revenue expansion across key accounts and new business opportunities in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver aggressive revenue targets with a focus on doubling business in the Philippines market
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand existing accounts and acquire new clients
  • Build and maintain C-level and senior stakeholder relationships across agencies brands and partners
  • Identify high-growth opportunities and unlock new revenue streams
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting pitching negotiation and closing deals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing product operations) to drive client success and retention
  • Monitor market trends competitor activity and customer insights to refine go-to-market strategy
  • Provide accurate forecasting pipeline management and reporting
  • Mentor and influence junior sales team members (if applicable)

What Were Looking For

  • 812 years of sales experience preferably in digital advertising media SaaS or related industries
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in the Philippines market
  • Strong network across agencies advertisers and key industry stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to scale business and drive exponential growth (e.g. 2X or more)
  • Excellent negotiation presentation and closing skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision making
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced high-growth environment
  • Strong leadership presence and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep understanding of the Philippines digital and advertising ecosystem
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter mentality
  • Resilient self-driven and highly accountable
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior executives
  • Collaborative team player with a growth-oriented mindset
