Agricultural Employers Association commonly known as AEA was started in 1962 and registered in 1966 as an Association representing the collective interests of Employers in the Agricultural industry in matters related with Employment of Labour. The AEA is an affiliate member of FKE KEPSA KAM and ASNET.

Our clients seek to fill the below positions which have arisen in their company;

HEAD OF QUALITY ASSURANCE

This role will be reporting directly to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Skills

• Strong organizational and documentation skills
  
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills especially Excel and Word
  
• Ability to manage and maintain structured documentation and quality records
  
• Basic analytical skills for reviewing quality data and reports
  

Desired Qualifications & Experience

• 38 years of professional experience in quality assurance agricultural operations or production environments
  
• Experience working in structured operational environments where documentation and compliance are essential
  
• Experience with quality inspections internal audits or process monitoring
  
• Degree or diploma in Agriculture Food Science Quality Management Agronomy or a related field
  
• Several years of practical experience in quality assurance agricultural production or food/pharmaceutical raw material processing
  
• Experience with quality management systems and documentation procedures is an advantage
  
• Familiarity with GACP quality standards or certification systems is desirable

• Between 30 and 40 years of age
  
• A modest but confident personality who can communicate quality requirements clearly while maintaining good working relationships
  
• Self-driven and highly motivated able to take initiative and work independently
  
• Hard-working and disciplined with a strong sense of responsibility
  
• Well organized and structured with a strong attention to detail
  
• Comfortable interacting with staff at all levels of the organization
  
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
  
• Strong communication skills particularly when explaining procedures and quality standards to operational staff
  
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  
• High level of integrity and reliability
  
• Practical mindset with a willingness to work closely with field and production teams
