ROTATE SCHEDULE 7 PM - 7:30 AM

1ST WEEK WORK DAY: MONDAY TUESDAY FRIDAY SATRUDAY

2ND WEEK WORK DAYS: SUNDAY WEDNESDAY THURSDAY

This rotating schedule repeats every two weeks.

Role Summary

The purpose of this position is to blend raw materials to supply the Wheeling dry and bottled process areas with work-in-process that meets all specifications in a safe efficient and timely manner to minimize costs and to comply with food safety guidelines.

Typical Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Comply with all laboratory general safety and environmental guidelines.
2. Perform all required raw material and product quality checks to ensure meeting specifications.
3. Produce and changeover all products for the packaging lines to meet scheduled requirements.
4. Complete all required process paperwork and data entry in a timely and accurate manner.
5. Demonstrate value for and practices of GMP in the manufacture of product.
6. Perform all required maintenance work.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve non-routine operational and quality issues.
8. Train other Blenders and provide feedback.
9. Perform any assigned duties that fall within the scope of this job as defined by management.
10. Perform daily sanitation tasks as a part of the MSS.
11. Perform routine daily lab procedures and testing.

8. Perform basic mathematical computations. (Add subtract multiply and divide use percentages for computing batch sizes.)
