- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Establish clear goals and plans of care
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic exercise manual therapy and modalities
- Reassess patient progress and update treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on diagnosis recovery prevention and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with providers and team members to optimize outcomes
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Provide an exceptional patient experience from evaluation through discharge
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT required)
- Active Pennsylvania PT license
- 12 years of experience and Outpatient experience preferred
