As a trusted strategic partner to both Finance and TPG management you will successfully execute financial data analysis providing context and insights that resolve business results. Your responsibilities will include up-leveling and maintaining key reporting dashboards to support teams across the company ensuring outstanding performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Work on Node development analysis for NAND and coordinate with various teams (BU Fab Finance etc.) to develop process for analyzing and updating Node KPIs.

• Act as a strategic finance business partner for various TPG teams.

• Facilitate financial reviews and analyze performance to plan for key financial measures including expenses capital and headcount.

• Develop metrics that assesses trends in data provides insights supports efficiency initiatives and provides decision support to investment decisions.

• Support and lead adoption of AI tools and use-cases within the TPG Finance team.

• Provide support of ad hoc analysis and other projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BBA or MBA in Finance or related field.

• 7 years finance analysis & business partnering experience.

• Demonstrated experience in providing strategic analysis & insights to senior executives.

• Significant exposure to business management and strategic planning activities.

• A track record of mobilizing a team to identify and implement operational improvements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in semiconductor manufacturing; engineering background a plus.

• Good understanding of semiconductor technology.

• Influential discernment and intellectual curiosity a desire to learn and grow.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work across functional boundaries.

• Proactive initiative in innovative improvements to processes and analysis.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
