Whatyoulldo

AI solution development: Contribute to the endtoend lifecycle of AI solutions (ideation design development deployment and support); take ownership of welldefined modules and deliverables under guidance.
Stakeholder engagement: Support the preparation of materials and articulate solution approaches to nontechnical stakeholders; gather requirements in collaboration with senior team members.
Technical execution: Apply promptengineering techniques optimise model performance build machinelearning models and develop agentic AI components using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio in line with established patterns and review processes.
Best practices: Adhere to code quality security scalability and ethical standards; contribute to documentation testing and deployment workflows.
Continuous learning: Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and proactively share relevant insights with the team.

Whatyoullbring

Bachelors degree in artificial intelligence machine learning data science computer science computer engineering or a related discipline; a Masters or PhD is an advantage.
46 years of handson experience in AI or machinelearning development (experience in a business environment preferred).
Demonstrated experience contributing to the design deployment and support of AI solutions for commercial use.
Experience working on crossfunctional projects; consulting experience is advantageous.
