Job Summary:
The Operations Associate plays a key role in supporting the daytoday execution and continuous improvement of business operations. This role works closely with crossfunctional teams to help translate operational plans into action support the delivery of initiatives and ensure processes documentation and reporting are accurate up to date and fit for purpose.Operating in a fastpaced SaaS environment the Operations Associate contributes to improving efficiency across workflows supporting gotomarket readiness and enabling teams to work more effectively. This is an executionfocused role with strong exposure to strategic initiatives offering a clear pathway for growth into broader operational ownership.
Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of operational plans by coordinating tasks tracking actions and following up with crossfunctional teams to ensure delivery milestones are met.
- Assist with the delivery of crossfunctional initiatives by supporting project planning documentation risk tracking and status reporting.
- Analyse existing workflows and operational processes to identify inefficiencies gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Create update and maintain operational documentation process maps playbooks and knowledge base content to ensure information is current and accessible.
- Support gotomarket readiness activities by assisting with coordination across Product Sales Marketing and Services.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and dashboards ensuring data accuracy and timely updates for leadership review.
- Support system and process changes by helping define requirements documenting changes and assisting teams through adoption.
- Contribute to change initiatives by supporting communications training materials and rollout activities.
- Develop foundational commercial awareness by understanding cost drivers operational impacts and customer experience considerations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in business or sales operations role or similar
- Project management experience
- Previous experience in process improvement
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
- Strong self-motivation and organisation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments
- Strong interpersonal skills
