What we are looking for:
- Level 1 Underwriting license
- Experience 3-5 years leadership experience ideally within in a sales and business development environment
- Demonstrated people leadership and development experience
- Demonstrated history and experience of staff development
- Demonstrated sales and business development capability desirable
- Extensive experience in NZ and/or global insurance and/or financial services market environment ideally within a General or Health insurance context
