Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited institution
Active veterinary license in good standing (or eligibility)
Several years of clinical experience (leadership experience preferred)
Strong clinical diagnostic and surgical skills
Proven leadership mentoring and team-building abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
