A veterinary hospital is seeking an experienced Medical Director (DVM) to lead its clinical team and oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality medical care including diagnostics treatment and surgery
- Establish and uphold medical standards protocols and best practices
- Lead mentor and support a team of veterinarians and support staff
- Collaborate with hospital leadership on operational and strategic initiatives
- Foster a positive team-oriented culture focused on excellence and growth
- Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and ethical standards

- Maintain accurate medical records and oversee quality of care
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited institution
- Active veterinary license in good standing (or eligibility)
- Several years of clinical experience (leadership experience preferred)
- Strong clinical diagnostic and surgical skills
- Proven leadership mentoring and team-building abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
