Internship Training Department CTTR

The job holder will offer support for the following activities:

• Evaluating the theoretical knowledge of new employees after their first week of training
• Delivering specific training sessions for production staff (excluding the complaints area)
• Ensuring the display and continuous update of training documentation as well as maintaining training boards
• Assessing the practical knowledge acquired by employees after each completed training session
• Verifying in the production area that the information provided during training has been properly understood and implemented
• Training operators on how to access and use work instructions within the system
• Actively collaborating with support departments to continuously improve training processes
• Understanding the flow of technological processes within production
• Applying and complying with all work instructions relevant to the performed activities
• Contributing to ensuring the quality of processes and final products in line with company policies and legal requirements
• Identifying and escalating any non-conformities within the area of responsibility
• Participating in workshops and training sessions as delegated
