Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing complex calendars priorities and meeting coordination
- Preparing professional high-quality meeting papers and supporting materials
- Tracking actions and follow-ups to ensure accountability and delivery
- Acting as a central coordination point across teams and stakeholders
- Anticipating needs and resolving issues before they arise
- Continuously improving systems and processes to increase efficiency

- Strong written communication skills including preparing professional documentation
