Redi Services is growing and we are looking to bring on Equipment Operators who are ready to be part of a team that values hard work safety and accountability. What Youll Do

• Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner across a variety of jobsite conditions
• Support site work maintenance and project-based operations across industrial and construction environments
• Perform daily equipment inspections and identify/report maintenance needs
• Work closely with supervisors and crew members to execute work plans
• Adapt to changing jobsite conditions and support the team wherever needed
• Follow all company and client safety standards without exception

Equipment Experience (Preferred)

Experience operating one or more of the following:

• Dozers
• Motor Graders (Blades)
• Haul Trucks
• Track Hoes (Excavators)
• Loaders
• Water Trucks
• Skid Steers
• Backhoes

• Ability to safely operate equipment in a variety of conditions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to step in and help the team
• Good communication and awareness on active jobsites
• Willingness to work overtime weekends and respond when the job requires it
