Job Summary
The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for driving the execution of marketing campaigns from brief to launch ensuring alignment efficiency and consistency across all channels. This role serves as the operational backbone of the marketing team by owning timelines managing cross functional workflows and maintaining visibility across multiple workstreams.
We are seeking an intense detail-obsessed marketing operator who is a natural storyteller uses AI tools fluently to produce compelling copy and keeps every campaign moving without dropping a single ball.
Reporting to the Director of Social Media you are the air traffic controller of our marketing team. You own the calendar the briefs the deadlines and the communications that bring every campaign to life. You use tools like Claude and ChatGPT as a force multiplier and you know the difference between AI-generated copy and words that actually sound like theyre written in SoulCycles voice.
WHAT YOULL DO
Project and Campaign Management (75%)
- Own and manage the marketing calendar across Comms Social and Photoshoots
- Lead intake and manage creative briefs in partnership with Lifecycle Manager and other cross functional stakeholders
- Build and manage campaign timelines ensuring alignment accountability and on time delivery
- Oversee asset coordination and execution ensuring work reflects strategic intent at every stage
- Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing and creative requests from the organization
- Proactively identify risks gaps and shifting priorities; adjust plans and timelines accordingly
- Maintain continuity and forward progress across campaigns in a dynamic fast moving environment
Communications and Writing (25%)
- Develop and refine copy across email push notifications in-app messaging social in-studio signage and promotional campaigns
- Leverage AI tools actively and proficiently to produce on-brand copy at speed
- Ensure consistency in SoulCycle brand voice across all rider facing touchpoints
- Collaborate with the Lifecycle Manager translate strategy into clear effective messaging
- Communicate updates and changes in direction with clarity ensuring cross functional alignment
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing with a strong foundation in campaign or project management
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and follow through
- Adaptable and solutions oriented with the ability to pivot quickly and operate effectively in ambiguity
- A natural clearconcise communicator and storyteller with a creative bent
- Strong cross functional collaboration skills
- Comfortable balancing operational execution with creative development without losing momentum
- Actively using AI tools like Claude ChatGPT or similar in your day to day workflow not occasionally but as a core part of how you work
- Exercises sound judgement and maintains a high standard for quality and brand consistency
- Passion for fitness wellness or community-driven brands a plus
