As QA Document Specialist at SPM you will Processing Data Book and COC preparation as well as third-party inspection notifications. To guarantee that Data Book and COC submissions meet the scope of the Applicable Procedure ISO 9001 API regulatory and customer specification requirements as well as the delivery time. Processing for identification collection maintaining storage protection retrieval distribution retention time and disposition of quality records.

Shift: Regular.

Work Location: Batam.

This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.

Domestic relocation is not available for this position.

What You Will Do:

• Responsible for overall daily verification of the manufacturing record against Applicable Procedure ISO 9001 API regulatory and Customer specification requirement follow-up and re-solve for any verification finding to Quality team & related Department.

• Managed quality records referring to job order and supplier records referring to purchase order by preparing scanning archiving and transferring them to storage. Also cover activities related to document release to requesting departments and other parties.

• Daily COC preparation referring to customer request stated in Customer Order requirement coordination with the involved people to manage COC submission process to customer.

• Data Book preparation referring to customer request stated in Customer Order and QITP requirement coordination with the involved people to manage it submission process to customer.

• Communication to Third Party Agency for any Notification for Inspection

• Responsible to initiate recommend or provide corrective action on deficiencies found during production and audit findings to prevent the recurrence in the future.

• Collaborate with QA Document Supervisor to address documentation concerns.

• Liaise and work closely with the assigned Quality Management System (QMS) engineer and participate for Internal Quality Audit

• EHS responsibility dan participate in EHS program.

Degree and Experience Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma with 3 years experience in the same position

• Knowledge in Quality Management System development; ISO 9001:2015 (Certified is preferred).

• Possesses a clear understanding of the certification criteria outlined in EN 10204 types 3.1 and 3.2.

• Possesses strong written and oral communication skills in English and Bahasa for effectively conveying technical information and procedural requirements.
