Expertise req: recruitment in Financial Services Industry Canada & US 

Whatyoulldo 

• Own full-cycle recruiting for consulting roles (sourcing through offer) 
• Partner closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and shape talent strategy 
• Build diverse high-quality candidate pipelines across the NYC market 
• Engage candidates through creative sourcing networking and referrals 
• Deliver a thoughtful inclusive candidate experience from first touch to offer 
• Use tools (including AI) to improve sourcing and efficiency 

Qualifications :

Whatwerelooking for 

• 7 years experience in full-cycle recruiting (consulting and financial services is highly preferred) 
• Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills 
• Curiosity adaptability and a proactive mindset 
• Comfortableworking in a fast-paced evolving environment
