Joining us as a Business Development Consultant you will drive growth by identifying customer needs shaping solutions and strengthening customer relationships.

As a Business Development Consultant you will:

• Consult Public Sector customers to shape their vision and  identify domain and customer needs
• Conceptualize compelling solutions and business propositions
• Analyze competition and provide relevant insights 
• Identify and formulate the solution and value proposition to be offered to the client
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders mostly with the end-customer(s) while mapping the domain and customer stakeholder landscape to position the offering effectively
• Create high-quality business development materials (concept papers proposals vision statements executive presentations)
• Work closely with the sales team to convert opportunities into tangible business outcomes
• Drive business growth with a results-oriented approach ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic objectives.

Qualifications :

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Extensive and proven experience (minimum 8 years) in Business Development and/or IT consulting in Digital Government and the broader Public Sector domain in Greece./ Defense / Civil protection / Immigration / Foreign affairs
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field; Masters degree would be an asset
• Deep understanding of the Public Sector domain in Greece
• Strong business and technology knowledge relevant to Digital Government and Public Sector transformation
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to create impactful business development content for different audiences and purposes
• Strategic mindset proactiveness and a solution-oriented approach
• Demonstrated success in achieving business development targets and driving business growth
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
• Excellent Greek and English communication skills.
