Job Summary

  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels (LinkedIn cold calling email campaigns events etc.)
  • Identify and target potential clients within the Software & IT sector
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with business targets
  • Initiate contact with decision-makers and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Presales and Marketing teams to align outreach strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM systems
  • Track and report on key performance metrics (lead conversion outreach effectiveness etc.)
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing IT or related field
  • 5 years of experience in Business Development or Lead Generation within the Software / IT industry
  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation and prospecting
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
