Senior Strategy Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Strategy Specialist who is ready to take a central role in driving high-impact strategic initiatives to ensure that the company achieves its ambitious goals for 2025 and beyond. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your strong relationship-building and communication skills will be key as you work with a diverse range of stakeholders on both local and regional level. 

The position is available as soon as possible and ending at the end of August 2027 - with possibility to extend or make permanent.

Your mission:

• You will work alongside foodora Swedens management team to shape own and deliver our strategic projects. You will focus on one or a few of our strategic initiatives at the times e.g. growing our subscription program PRO or city-level strategies 

• You will manage project teams across Marketing Sales Operations and Finance on initiatives to monitor challenge and improve business performance. These initiatives will have a direct revenue or cost impact 

• You will translate operational and financial data into meaningful insights package and present your recommendations to key decision makers at foodora 

As a candidate for this role you bring a combination of business-minded thinking and analytical skills allowing you to make informed data-driven decisions that support our growth objectives. Your structured problem-solving approach helps you stay focused and prioritize effectively in complex situations. You build strong working relationships across departments ensuring collaboration and execution towards our strategic goals. 

Qualifications :

• At least 5 years of professional experience (not counting internships) in an e-commerce tech investment banking or management consulting company 

• Strong analytical skillset and the ability to identify trends draw conclusions and present data-driven recommendations 

• Strong project management skills and ability to make change happen 

• A high degree of comfort working with G-suite (Sheets Slides) 

• Excellent English language skills 

• It will be considered a plus if you have the ability to work with SQL / BigQuery
