Configuration Developer (Power Platform)

We are seeking a talented Configuration Developer to configure develop and support solutions across Dynamics365 and the Microsoft Power Platform. This role plays a key part in delivering reliable scalable and secure solutions that enable business processes and support wider digital transformation initiatives.

With strong technical expertise and a solid understanding of platform configuration standards the Configuration Developer contributes to bestpractice delivery applies governance and quality controls and collaborates closely with senior engineers architects and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet both technical and business requirements.

What youll be doing:

• Designing building and maintaining highquality solutions using Power Apps Power Automate Power BI and Dataverse
• Supporting endtoend solution delivery including requirements gathering design development testing and deployment
• Developing and maintaining integrations with external systems using standard connectors and approved integration patterns
• Enhancing existing solutions to improve performance usability scalability and maintainability
• Adhering to platform governance standards implementing rolebased security and applying data governance and compliance best practices
• Providing technical support for Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions including troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Collaborating with senior engineers architects product owners and stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business and technical standards
• Working within established ALM practices and contributing to continuous improvement through modern tooling automation and adoption of new platform capabilities

Who were looking for:

• Experience in delivering solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 supported by relevant Microsoft certifications (PL200 PL400 MB280)
• Deep technical expertise across Power Apps Power Automate Power BI and Dataverse with strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 configuration customisation and integration
• Proven ability to design and deliver endtoend enterprisescale solutions from discovery through to deployment and ongoing support
• Strong understanding of modern integration patterns including standard and custom connectors APIs and distributed systems
• Advanced knowledge of application lifecycle management (ALM) environment strategy and DevOps practices including version control and CI/CD pipelines
• Solid understanding of data governance data modelling and security best practices ensuring compliant and responsible use of data
• Excellent problemsolving and communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
• Experience working in agile delivery environments collaborating with crossfunctional teams and leveraging modern capabilities such as AIenabled automation and Microsoft Copilot
