Appointment Admin Winnipeg
Job Summary
Plan and book all pickup and delivery appointments via phone and email in a fast-paced environment.
Act as the primary point of contact for consignees requiring notification; provide status updates and resolve scheduling conflicts for customers and drivers.
Work closely with dock personnel and dispatchers to align and plan deliveries to service standards.
Monitor LTL shipments
Support dept Supervisors with internal and external customers
other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Exceptional time management attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under high-pressure high-call-volume situations.
High school diploma or equivalent (minimum); background in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
At least 1 year of customer service experience ideally in the transportation or LTL industry.
