Responsibilities
- Provide fast and courteous service to retail customers and dealership service technicians.
- Accurately identify locate and price automotive parts using dealership management systems.
- Handle phone inquiries provide price quotes and process special orders for out-of-stock items.
- Assist with inventory management including perpetual counts and maintaining a clean organized parts department.
- Maintain high Customer Service Index (CSI) ratings consistent with dealership standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous automotive dealership parts experience is preferred (Ford experience is a plus).
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Strong computer proficiency excellent communication and a friendly energetic personality.
- Physical: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 3050 lbs.
- Compliance: Valid and clean drivers license; willingness to undergo a drug screen and background check.
