Finance Business Partner (1-year Contract)

About this job

As CP Finance Business Partner you will be the finance contact to work with the business to achieve its financial objectives through financial analysis as well as business insights and solutions. You will also be providing finance expertise in new business initiatives and developments in the organization. You will work with cross-functional teams in driving projects and initiatives from initial appraisal business case assessment and securing approvals for investment proposals implementation and ultimately monitoring performance through completion.

Accountabilities:

• Support the implementation of business strategy in respective business partners area
• Work closely with commercial teams for effective budget utilization
• Business analysis to propose and/or challenge the channel margins and incentive programs for customers
• Annual budgeting process
• Proactively develop and propose ideas for process improvements and business solutions

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications:

• Experienced finance professional with minimum of 5 years of relevant experiences
• Bachelor or higher degree in Finance Accounting or related majors
• Qualified Accountant i.e. CIMA ACA ACCA CPA or equivalent is a plus
• A good understanding of budget control and commercial finance
• Practical experiences of a significant change or projects is an advantage
• Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking
• Ability to communicate financial analysis to stakeholders
• Full time position with 12 months contractual.
• Travel required for market visits

• Proactive and strategic approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English
• Microsoft Office skills Power BI is a plus
• Experience in tax and SAP is an advantage
