FP&A Manager

Overview:

Wonderful Citrus is seeking an FP&A Manager with strong leadership capabilities and a strategic mindset to lead both Financial Planning & Analysis and Accounting functions playing a key role in developing high-performing teams driving alignment across the organization and enabling business performance through financial leadership while ensuring accuracy and reliability in financial reporting.

Heres what youll do:

• Oversee a local matrix financial shared service team.
• Lead mentor and develop both FP&A and Accounting teams fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee and drive budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Ensure integrity accuracy and compliance of financial statements and accounting records.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Oversee the preparation of executive-level financial reports and presentations.
• Partner closely with accounting operations and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial results and business performance.
• Identify and implement improvements in financial and accounting processes internal controls and reporting structures.
• Monitor key financial and operational KPIs proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
• Support and participate in strategic initiatives and business projects.
   

Qualifications :

Heres what youll bring to the table:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field.
• Masters degree is a plus.
• Strong experience in financial planning & analysis and accounting.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead and develop teams within finance and accounting functions.
• Advanced English.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting budgeting forecasting and accounting principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on and detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High level of ownership organization and results orientation.
• Ability to work effectively in dynamic fast-paced environments.
• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle (a plus).
