Job Summary
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Janitor to maintain cleanliness throughout our facility. This role focuses exclusively on cleaning sweeping and general housekeeping tasks. No forklift or crane experience is required and equipment operation will not begin until after 90 days of employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sweep and clean designated areas throughout the facility
- Clean and sanitize all bathrooms breakrooms and office spaces
- Empty small trash cans and replace liners as needed
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas walkways and workspaces
- Keep cleaning supplies organized and report when restocking is needed
- Stay consistently active and engaged in cleaning duties throughout the shift
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean hazard-free environment
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and ability to stay busy without constant supervision
- Dependable punctual and committed to maintaining a clean workspace
- Ability to lift bend and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Prior janitorial experience is helpful but not required
