您將參與污染控制知識的開發設備故障排除統計製程控制SPC管理回應安全與稽核要求並負責潔淨室環境的穩定性污染控制的範疇包括潔淨室潔淨度靜電放電ESDAMC管理並額外負責協調與執行特殊需求主導與參與防線建立與預防措施並有效控管啟用優先順序以達成品質與穩定性目標

職責與任務

須配合夜輪班

潔淨室AMC範疇包括MA/MB/MC樣品準備與採樣排程

潔淨室防靜電物品量測與管理

潔淨室粒子採樣與金屬拭子採樣

潔淨室材料測試與驗證報告彙整

負責感測器管理包括異常追蹤故障排除維護/校正效能檢查與備品管理/採購

負責潔淨室6S安全稽核數據準確性與指標績效

有效控管並回應潔淨室ISO要求

負責任務前準備/SOP撰寫並主導異常處理/OCAP追蹤

As MQC(Material Quality Control) Contamination Control Shift Associate Engineer at Micron Technology Inc. you will be working with a team of CC as well as other departments of the facility and equipment responsible for starting up maintain and control cleanliness and AMC to provide quality and stable cleanroom environment for production. Will possible to be day and night shift.
Working on Contamination Control knowledge development equipment trouble shooting SPC management response to safety/audit requirement and responsible to stability of cleanroom environment. The Contamination control scope include cleanroom cleanliness ESD AMC management and additional responsibilities include coordinating and carrying out special requirement leading and participating in defense line establishment with preventive actions control the commission priority with effectiveness to achieve quality stability.
