You A structured creative and highly operational Designer who thrives on turning complex B2B strategies into high-impact visual communication. You care about craft brand consistency and most importantly getting high-quality assets out the door to support real-world commercial growth.

Role Designer Real Estate (B2B). You will be the creative engine for our Nordic Real Estate vertical responsible for producing and scaling marketing materials that help our sales teams win and our products land with impact. This is a part-time role (40%) till the end of the Dec 2026

Company Vend home of FINN Blocket Oikotie Tori DBA and Bilbasen. We are the Nordic powerhouse where millions of people connect to find a home a job or a fresh start.

Location Oslo with 50% remote flexibility. You will report and work closely with the B2B Marketing & GTM Manager for Real Estate to ensure our commercial ambitions are met with visual excellence.

WHAT THE ROLE IS ABOUT

This role sits in the Real Estate B2B vertical. You arent just making things look nice you are building the tools that drive revenue.

Real Estate is entering a high-growth phase with frequent product launches and pricing changes. You will translate these complex updates into clear compelling sales presentations digital campaigns and marketing collateral. You will balance high-volume production with the need to build scalable templates that work across our Nordic marketplaces.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING

  • B2B Asset Creation: Produce high-quality digital assets including sales presentations web content newsletters display banners and paid social ads specifically for the Real Estate B2B market.
  • GTM Execution: Act as the lead creative partner for product launches and commercial initiatives ensuring value communication is delivered on time and with high quality.
  • Template & System Building: Create and refine scalable templates for recurring formats to improve speed-to-market and consistency across Norway Sweden and Finland.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the GTM Manager Sales and Product teams to translate technical product features into customer-facing visual stories.
  • Brand Stewardship: Ensure all B2B materials follow brand guidelines while remaining pragmatic and effective for a professional audience.
  • Innovative Workflow: Use AI tools to accelerate ideation and production quality maintaining an experimental mindset.

WHO YOU ARE

You are a hands-on doer who enjoys the challenge of B2B communication. You are structured reliable and comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly.

We believe you are:

  • A designer with a strong portfolio of professional or academic projects from agency internships to freelance or in-house roles. An interest or background in B2B environments is a plus but we prioritize a sharp eye for detail and a drive to solve complex problems.
  • Proficient in Figma as your primary design tool supported by a solid foundation in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign). Knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is an advantage.
  • Have a strong eye for typography hierarchy and layout systemsyou know how to make data-heavy information easy to digest.
  • Are commercially minded: You understand how creative work drives performance and helps sales teams close deals.
  • Are a pragmatic problem solver: You know when to obsess over a pixel and when to deliver a high-quality asset under a tight GTM deadline.
  • Have excellent communication skills in English (daily collaboration is Nordic-wide).
