On-the-Job Training

Well train you to use a variety of tools and machines and teach you how to work with wood veneer. No prior experience required - just a willingness to learn.

What Youll Be Doing

As a Production Associate you will:

• Follow step-by-step instructions

• Learn multiple machines and processes

• Ability to lift 30-40 pounds and repetitive work.
  
  
• Requires some Hand-Eye Coordination and Gross Motor skills.
  
  
• Stand for 8 hour shift while operating machines.

This is a hands-on job that requires focus precision moderate physical activity and a positive attitude.

What Were Looking For

• Entry-level or experienced - well train you

• Machine operator experience 6 months or so or similar (ex: fast food short order cook etc.)

• Shows up on time and ready to work every day

• Willing to learn and grow within the company
