Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Ihre Aufgaben

Sie stellen sicher dass alle Montage- und Justagearbeiten präzise und gemäß den vorgegebenen Spezifikationen durchgeführt werden.

Dabei übernehmen Sie folgende Aufgaben:

• Sie führen mechanische und elektromechanische Montagearbeiten an Produktkomponenten Baugruppen und Unterbaugruppen durch.
• Sie arbeiten auf Basis von technischen Zeichnungen Blaupausen und definierten Arbeitsanweisungen sowie Prozeduren.
• Sie führen Justageschritte an optischen Prüfständen sorgfältig und zuverlässig durch.
• Sie halten dabei konsequent alle Prozeduren Spezifikationen und Toleranzvorgaben ein.
• Sie bauen Baugruppen auf nehmen Anpassungen vor und stellen die Einhaltung der Toleranzen gemäß den Blaupausenspezifikationen sicher.
• Sie übernehmen optische Inspektionen sowie die Reinigung von Optiken und Bauteilen im Reinraum der Klasse ISO 5.

Minimum Qualifications

Ihr Profil / Das bringen Sie mit

• Sie verfügen über 24 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der optomechanischen Montage und Justage.
• Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung beispielsweise als
  • Industriemechaniker / Feinmechaniker
  • Mechatroniker oder
  • Elektroniker für Geräte und Systeme.
• Sie arbeiten sorgfältig qualitätsbewusst und haben ein gutes technisches Verständnis.
• Idealerweise haben Sie Erfahrung im Arbeiten nach definierten Prozessen und im Reinraumumfeld.
