The opportunity
Were currently looking for a Sales Support Executive (Maternity Cover- 12 months FTC). Someone to join our Fleet Support team to provide a seamless journey from order to delivery for the best customers in the business.
Someone with a passion for electric mobility an interest in technology and a desire to create the change we know is needed. And someone who doesnt mind the occasional bit of sustainable travel in the service of a cleaner form of electric performance.
This position is located at Polestar UK Head Office in Bicester Oxfordshire. It is a Hybrid role (3 days a week in the office).
We believe in a hybrid model when it comes to remote and onsite work knowing that both in-person collaboration and individual time to focus are needed. What matters most is that people get the time and support to do what needs to be done and to enjoy doing it of course.
The responsibilities
In this role youll be expected to be responsible for facilitating a seamless enquiry to order delivery process for the best fleet customers in the business.
Working as a member of the Fleet Support Team youll be instrumental in representing Polestar in the Quote to Delivery process. Our Direct Sales business model means that Polestar UK is the manufacturer dealer and delivery agent all in one making this role more expansive and diverse than any other in the industry.

Respond to all enquiries on various platforms in a timely and efficient manner. If unable to take action directly then use your knowledge of the business to forward on for action.
Managing customer and sales cases within our CRM system (Salesforce) Using other third-party tools for enquiries and quoting such as Leaselink fleet procure.
Processing orders received through LeaseLink and our Fleet order admin tool (FOAT)
Checking orders for correct pricing / missing details
Managing in-life order amendments including driver details and deliveries
Updating vehicle details on orders & Spec checking orders
Liaison with Planning Order and Delivery Team to facilitate deliveries
Post-handover and invoice queries
The ideal candidate
In order to succeed in this role and at Polestar in general there are a few characteristics youll need to have. Tenacity. Flexibility. Curiosity. The ability to take the initiative to meet deadlines and requirements and to abandon ideas when theyre not feasible.
To be successful in this role you have/are:
Experience within the automotive industry is desired but not necessary
Experience with using Fleet Procure and Leaselink systems desired
Strong attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
A valid drivers license
Working knowledge of Salesforce would be advantageous
Excellent knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint
