Job Summary
Grob Aircraft SE is one of the worlds leading manufacturers of training and special mission aircraft flown by air forces flight schools and operators in more than 30 countries. As an EASA-approved Design Production and Maintenance Organisation (Part 21J / 21G / Part 145) we develop build and support CS-23 certified aircraft including the G 120TP and the G 115 family.
Your Role
You design and develop the avionics and electrical systems that bring our aircraft to life. From schematics and wiring definitions to prototype build and flight test you stay close to the hardware and to the people who build and fly it.
Your Responsibilities
Support the development of avionics and electrical systems for our CS-23 aircraft.
Create and update design documentation (schematics pin-to-pin definitions manufacturing drawings).
Support production during prototype build and series manufacturing.
Prepare and support system aircraft and flight tests.
Your Profile
Completed technical training in electronics or a comparable field with further qualification as Techniker or Meister.
Experience in avionics aircraft electrical systems or another regulated technical industry (automotive rail defence) is a plus.
Tool knowledge in Siemens Capital (E-CAD) Siemens NX AutoCAD or Teamcenter is welcome. Experience with EPLAN Zuken E3 or Mentor Capital is equally fine we will train you on our toolchain.
Hands-on structured working style and interest in aviation.
Good English skills. German is a plus; we support you in learning it.
