The IS Delivery Pre-Construction Estimator is responsible for developing policies for preparing cost estimates for product manufacturing and services.

Assess the cost-effectiveness of products and services.
Track actual costs as the project develops.
Collaborate with leaders from other departments to formulate estimates and resolve issues.
Assess cost and expenditure statements and other necessary documentations.
Primarily focused on administering established policies and procedures but may have some impact on departmental budgeting strategic planning and procedural change.

Required Education Experience and Qualifications

Bachelors degree.
3-5 years of mechanical installation experience
Comprehensive knowledge of the fields concepts and principles.
Able to perform complex tasks typically following established processes.
Possesses effective leadership and organization skills.
Ability to exercise good judgement and creativity.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
Versed in the industry and the Companys competitors.
Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.

Preferred Education Experience and Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience installing mechanical systems or working for a mechanical contractor.

Travel Requirements

5-10% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.

Ascending and descending ladders stairs scaffolding ramps poles
Climbing stairs.
Repeating motions that may include the wrists hands and/or fingers
Remaining in a stationary position often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
