Job Summary
Practice
Monmouth Small Animal Hospital began in 1989. In 2007 we found that our ever-growing business needed to be expanded so we had a major remodel done. We doubled the size of our practice including 3 exam rooms a large lobby and asurgery suitewith an attached treatment/pre-op/post-op room.
Today ourfull-service veterinary teamcares for a range of small animals including dogs cats birds and beyond.
Position Purpose
Come extern with us!
Heartland Veterinary Partners Externship Program works to provide 4th year veterinary students with hands-on experience and mentorship to help have them practice ready by their first day in practice.
Externships are typically 2 weeks long and Heartland will cover the cost of lodging if needed.
Length of externship is flexible & we can support your preceptorship documentation as well.
Requirements/Qualifications
Eligibility
Must be currently enrolled in an AVMA Accredited Veterinary School
Must be able to provide student PLIT
