岗位职责

• 项目流程支持协助项目组推进AI项目全生命周期管理包括项目立项计划制定进度跟踪风险预警及结项复盘确保项目按计划交付
• 文档与数据管理负责项目文档需求文档会议纪要进度报告等的整理与归档维护项目管理系统数据确保信息准确可追溯
• 流程优化辅助参与AI项目管理制度流程的优化工作协助梳理项目痛点提炼相关规则并并根据风险等级进行分类
• 会议与沟通支持组织项目例会评审会等会议撰写会议纪要并跟踪决议事项的执行情况

任职要求

• 教育背景本科及以上学历在读项目管理计算机人工智能信息管理法律等相关专业优先
• 知识储备了解项目管理基础知识如敏捷开发瀑布模型对AI项目流程数据标注模型训练上线部署等有基本认知者优先
• 技能要求熟练使用ExcelPPT等办公软件有AI智能体项目开发及管理经验者优先具备良好的文档管理能力
• 综合素质逻辑清晰责任心强具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作意识能快速适应快节奏工作环境对AI领域有浓厚兴趣
• 实习时间每周至少实习4天持续3个月以上能长期实习者优先
