Summary:

We are seeking a full-time Clinical Associate to join our Perioperative Care Unit. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start or grow a career in healthcare while making a meaningful difference in patient care.

As a Clinical Associate youll be an essential part of the care team helping create a clean safe and supportive environment for patients families and clinical staff. No prior healthcare experience is requiredwe provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

What Youll Do:
- Assist with direct and indirect patient care activities under the guidance of a Registered Nurse
- Help maintain a safe clean and welcoming perioperative environment
- Clean and disinfect patient rooms and clinical areas following established safety and infectionprevention protocols
- Perform room turnovers including routine terminal and precaution cleaning (training provided)
- Prepare patient care rooms to ensure they are organized stocked and ready for the next patient

Compensation & Benefits
The starting hourly rate is $18.33 and this position includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience

High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma.

Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school college or university or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards.
