Job Description
ServiceNow Technical Lead with 6 8 years of experience in designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions with strong expertise in ITSM and ITOM modules. The role involves leading development teams managing Agile delivery handling stakeholder communication and ensuring high-quality deployments. The candidate will drive architecture decisions mentor team members and identify continuous improvement opportunities across ServiceNow implementations.
Must-have Skills
- 6 8 years of ServiceNow experience
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes
- Experience leading ServiceNow implementation projects
- Team leadership and mentoring experience
- Agile / Scrum methodology experience
- Stakeholder management and customer communication
- Sprint planning user stories risk management
- Deployment and release management experience
Good-to-have Skills
- Experience in custom application design on ServiceNow
- Exposure to HRSD and SecOps modules
- Conflict resolution / stakeholder management skills
- Continuous improvement / process optimization mindset
- Additional ServiceNow certifications
