Position Details

• Pay: $55.00 per hour

• Schedule: 30 hours per week

• Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly

• Service Area: Patients across Northeast Georgia

• Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes

• Perform assessments wound care medication administration and care coordination

• Collaborate with the care team to develop individualized care plans

• Document patient progress accurately and timely

• Deliver compassionate patient-centered care in every visit

Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license

• Home health experience preferred (but not required)

• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills

• Reliable transportation to travel across Metro Atlanta

• A heart for caregiving and a commitment to excellence
