Pay Rate: $26.00
Location: Houston TX 77054
Schedule: Monday Friday 8am to 5pm
Job Duties:
Position required going into patients homes. The senior public health investigator leads advanced TB and TBI disease investigation and intervention activities including complex case investigations contact tracing treatment adherence monitoring documentation and care coordination in accordance with public health guidelines. The role also provides mentorship to investigative staff and collaborates with healthcare providers and community partners to support effective disease control. Will perform other duties as assigned. Must have a valid Texas Drive and comply with AP 2-2 policy.
Requirements:
Requires a Bachelors degree in Social Sciences Physical Sciences Public Health or a closely related field. Requires a valid Texas drivers license and compliance with the City of Houstons policy on driving .EXPERIENCE: One year of experience in the public health field is required .Pertinent professional experience in the public health field may be substituted for the above educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
