Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with UK accounting standards
Handle client accounts ensuring timely and accurate reporting while maintaining strong client relationships
Oversee payroll processing ensuring compliance with UK regulations including PAYE NI and RTI submissions
Lead mentor and supervise a team of accounting professionals ensuring high-quality output and efficiency
Prepare and review financial statements VAT returns and other statutory filings
Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide actionable insights to support business decision-making
Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and other applicable UK laws
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including auditors and tax advisors
Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy
