Job Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC isseeking a licensed School Psychologist to support a K12 school district in an itinerant role across multiple school sites. The ideal candidate will provide psychological services conduct assessments and support students with special education needs in a collaborative and student-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations
• Interpret assessment results and assist with eligibility determinations
• Support development and implementation of IEPs
• Provide consultation to teachers administrators and parents
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (SLPs OT/PT special educators)
• Assist with behavior intervention strategies and academic supports
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and school team discussions
• Support students academic behavioral and emotional development
• Travel between multiple school sites as required

Required Qualifications:

• Active Maryland School Psychologist license (must be in hand)
• Degree in School Psychology or related field (Ed.S. Psy.S. or higher preferred)
• Experience in K12 school settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of psychoeducational assessments
• Experience with IEPs and special education compliance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities
• Ability to work independently across multiple locations
