Infrastructure Scrum Master Secure Infrastructure (SC Clearance)

Position Description:

As an Infrastructure Scrum Master you will play a key role in enabling the successful delivery of complex technology programmes guiding agile teams across cloud network and platform transformations. Working in high-assurance environments you will help drive collaboration continuous improvement and measurable outcomes. Due to the secure nature of the programme you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. This position will be based on site near Gloucester 5 days a week.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

In this role you will lead agile delivery across infrastructure-focused teams supporting programmes spanning cloud networks platforms and DevOps. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies ensure alignment between technical teams and business priorities and take ownership of removing impediments to enable consistent high-quality delivery. Your work will directly contribute to the successful delivery of complex transformation initiatives within secure environments.

You will coach and support cross-functional teams fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement. Working closely with Product Owners technical leads and stakeholders you will help shape delivery outcomes drive transparency through metrics and introduce creative improvements to enhance team performance and delivery effectiveness.

Facilitate & Lead Scrum ceremonies (planning stand-ups reviews retrospectives)

Coach & Support teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement

Remove & Resolve delivery impediments to maintain team momentum

Collaborate & Align with Product Owners engineers and stakeholders

Track & Report delivery metrics progress and dependencies

Enable & Improve agile delivery practices across infrastructure teams

Coordinate & Support complex infrastructure transformation initiatives

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

You should have proven experience as a Scrum Master within infrastructure DevOps or enterprise technology environments with a strong understanding of Agile delivery practices. You will bring excellent facilitation communication and stakeholder management skills alongside the ability to support technical teams delivering complex infrastructure solutions.

You should have proven experience as a Scrum Master in infrastructure or DevOps environments

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban)

Experience working with infrastructure domains (cloud networks platforms data centres)

Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g. Jira Confluence Miro)

Strong facilitation coaching and conflict resolution skills

Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across teams

Relevant Agile certifications (e.g. CSM PSM SAFe) are desirable
