Job Summary
The Medical People are looking to hire a Deputy Clinic Manager on behalf of our client to support the leadership and day-to-day management of a clinical team ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient-focused care. This role involves coordinating clinical administrative and operational activities while fostering a positive and supportive working environment.
Main Duties
Support the operational management of the clinic
Deliver a seamless patient journey and create a welcoming environment across all touchpoints
Implement new processes to drive quality improvement initiatives
Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
Build positive relationships with patients and effectively manage any concerns or complaints
Ensure compliance with all relevant clinical governance and regulatory requirements (including KLoE standards)
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of reports
Person Specification
Registered Nurse with renal experience
Previous clinical leadership experience in an outpatient haemodialysis setting
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse team and patient group
Leadership style that promotes a positive values-driven culture
Proactive and solution-focused approach in a clinical environment
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Evidence of Continued Professional Development ideally in renal care
