Automotive Sales Consultant (Salary Bonuses)
Job Summary
Grey Wolf Automotive Group is hiringSales ConsultantsforNorth Country CJDR/FORD. This is anon-commission salary-based positionwith performance bonuses tied to vehicle volume customer satisfaction and profitability. Designed for consistency professionalism and long-term success.
Compensation & Bonus Opportunities
- $36000 annual base salary(paid bi-weekly)
- Monthly performance bonusesbased on vehicles sold
- 32 unit accelerator bonus
- Salesperson of the Month awards($1500 / $1000)
- Golden Eagle profit bonuseson high-profit deals
- Annual longevity bonus($25 per vehicle sold)
Responsibilities
- Sell and deliverFORD/CJDRvehicleswhile providing an excellent customer experience
- Complete all sales documentation accurately and timely
- Attend required sales meetings training andFORD/CJDROEM product courses
- Maintain ethical conduct professionalism and a customer-first mindset
- Meet dealership andOEM CSI standards
Performance Expectations
- Consistent vehicle sales production
- Maintain a rolling average of10 vehicles per month
- Meet or exceedOEM CSI standardsto qualify for bonuses
Qualifications
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Willingness to complete requiredFORD/CJDROEM training
- Valid drivers license required
