What youll do as the Sales Associate:

• Present promote and sell vehicles using Performance techniques
• Build strong rapport with customers to provide an enjoyable car-buying experience
• Advise and educate customers on selecting a vehicle by listening to their individualized needs
• Establish and achieve strategic sales performance goals
• Ensure that as part of the delivery process all customers understand the vehicles operating features warranty and paperwork

What youll need to be our Sales Associate:

• Congenial and cooperative with an efficient precise work ethic
• Persuasive risk-taker; quick to connect and a strong drive for results
• Casual uninhibited and persuasive extrovert with a tendency for informality
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Valid drivers license without restrictions
• Obtain an Active Ohio Sales License
